Isle of Wight County Schools’ School Nurse Supervisor LaDona Roddy was recognized at the Virginia Association of School Nurses Fall Conference as Virginia School Nurse Administrator of the Year.  Nominees of this prestigious award go through a rigorous selection process, including a 10 page personal biography with self-reflection and letters of recommendation from professional peers. Nominees must also have been a member of VASN for at least two years. Roddy, pictured above with her award, will represent Virginia on the national level at the National Association of School Nurses conference in Chicago in late June.
