She loved telling her childhood history of growing up in the family business and home
of Bullock Funeral Home in Smithfield, always able to make folks gasp and laugh at the thought of playing around caskets! She enjoyed trying new recipes, watching re-runs of the westerns, helping with women’s ministries and crafts at church and at Friendship and always putting the needs of others first, a gracious giver of her time. Bettie will truly be missed by all.
