Two area residents were honored for their fall semester academic achievements at Coastal Carolina University in Conway, South Carolina.

Trevor Smith of Carrollton was named to the school’s president’s list, an honor for those who have achieved a 4.0 grade point average during the semester.

Lindsay Dube of Windsor was named to the CCU dean’s list for the semester. This honor is awarded for students with a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.
