PGA Pro Golfer Carey Hodsden, at left, is pictured with Wayne Willis of Smithfield Kiwanis Club. Hodsden the new owner of the Cypress Creek Golf Club and was guest speaker at a recent Smithfield Kiwanis meeting. He shared his vision and plans for the golf course, restaurant, pro shop and much more. He also answered many questions in a wide ranging discussion. Our members enjoyed his presentation and learned a great deal. Anyone interested in joining the club is invited to its 12:30 p.m. Thursday meetings at Smithfield Station. Enjoy fellowship and lunch and consider becoming part of an organization dedicated to serving the youth in the community. The club generally has guest speakers on the second and third Thursdays of the month.
