Smithfield’s and Suffolk’s Rotary clubs, on April 6, celebrated the recently completed “book barn” at Mill Swamp Indian Horses, which will house horsemanship literature for participants and volunteers with Mill Swamp’s Corolla mustang breed conservation program.
