Jones, III, if living, by service of the Secretary of the Commonwealth at his last known post office address of 1347-B Taylor Avenue, Parkville, MD 21234 and has used due diligence to ascertain any other location for him, but without effect;  that the Plaintiff used due diligence to locate the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Rawleigh L. Jones, Jr., Rawleigh L. Jones, III, Michelle Jones and Michael Jones, to the extent they may exist, but without effect; that the last post office addresses of the unknown heirs, devisees and successors in interest of Rawleigh L. Jones, Jr., Rawleigh L. Jones, III, Michelle Jones and Michael Jones are unknown; and that there may be other persons having an interest in the property whose names and addresses are unknown, and those claiming through the aforementioned parties, all such persons made defendants as “Parties Unknown.”

            It is ORDERED that this Order be published at least once a week for two successive weeks in the Smithfield Times, a newspaper of general circulation in Isle of Wight, Virginia, and that the parties named herein appear at 10 a.m. April 22, 2015, in the Isle of Wight Circuit Court Clerk's Office and do what may be necessary to protect their respective interests.

TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF SMITHFIELD

AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS WITHIN THE TOWN OF SMITHFIELD


            Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Smithfield, Virginia will hold a public hearing at the regular meeting of the Town Council on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the council chambers in The Smithfield Center, 220 N. Church Street, meeting room A, Smithfield, Virginia, to consider the amendment and re-adoption of Section 78-15 of the Town Code entitled “PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRUCK TRAFFIC ON CERTAIN DESIGNATED STREETS WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS
”.

            The proposed ordinance prohibits through truck traffic on certain designated streets within the corporate limits of the Town.  In particular, through truck traffic will be restricted on South Church Street from its intersection with the Route 10 bypass to its intersection with Main Street, North Church Street from its intersection with Main Street to its intersection with Berry Hill Road, Main Street from its intersection with the Route 10 bypass to its intersection with North and South Church Streets and Grace Street from its intersection with Main Street to its intersection with North Church Street.  The alternate truck route is the Route 10 bypass from its intersection with South Church Street to its intersection with Berry Hill Road and Berry Hill Road to its intersection with North Church Street.  Copies of the proposed ordinance are on file and may be examined in the office of the Town Manager at 911 S. Church Street.

            Any person desiring to be heard in favor of, in opposition to, or to express his or her views may appear and be heard.
