Kathy Torrence is a candidate for an office she now holds, clerk of the Isle of Wight Circuit Court. She was a deputy clerk for more than 15 years, chief deputy for several years and became clerk in February when her predecessor retired.

This is a “special election” because it occurs outside of the normal local office election cycle.

Kathy is experienced, knowledgeable of the workings of the office and will continue the responsible good service we have come to expect of the Clerk’s Office.
