JMU announces spring 2021 graduates

James Madison University recently announced the following students who graduated during the May 2021 commencement exercises.

  • Amber Reid of Carrollton, who graduated with a degree in health sciences.
  • Carley Morehead of Carrollton, who graduated with a degree in marketing.
  • Skyler Campbell of Smithfield, who graduated with a degree in master of education in teaching.
  • Trevor Cross of Windsor, who graduated with a degree in computer information systems.
  • Troy Bracey of Windsor, who graduated with a degree in sport and recreation management.
  • Paige Parker of Franklin, who graduated with a degree in speech pathology.

  • Madelyn Vincent of Smithfield, who is majoring in kinesiology.
  • Joshua Farmer of Smithfield, who is majoring in management.
  • Nicole Wright of Windsor, who is majoring in marketing.
  • Nicholas Adams of Carrollton, who is majoring in music.
  • Leah Shewmaker of Smithfield, who is majoring in music.
  • MaKayla Burks of Windsor, who is majoring in nursing.

The following local residents were recently named to the Dean’s List at the College of William & Mary for the spring 2021 semester:

In order to achieve Dean’s List status, a full-time degree seeking undergraduate student must take at least 12 credit hours and earn a 3.6 Quality Point Average during the semester.
